Peoples Pawn & Jewelry celebrates its 27th anniversary (since 1982) of their Lauderdale Lakes location (N.E. corner of St. Rd. 7 and Oakland Park Blvd). With over 6100 square feet of retail area, this modern, pawn-mega-store is one of Florida’s largest and best known.

National recognition was given to Peoples Pawn & Jewelry on CBS’s long running, television show, “60 Minutes”. They were interviewed inside the store, and cited during the program as one of the “good guys” in the pawnshop business by respected anchor, and 60 Minutes host, Mike Wallace.
