With over 6100 square feet of retail area, the store is one of Florida's largest upscale pawn shops.

National recognition was given to Peoples Pawn & Jewelry on CBS's long running, investigative television newsmagazine, 60 Minutes. They were interviewed, and cited during the program as one of the "good guys" in the pawn shop business by respected anchor, and 60 Minutes host, Mike Wallace.
